Today is the FAM Fest 5k, and
again I’m not running.
Why? Because of whatever this crap is in my lungs! It’s
been over week, and it doesn’t seem to
be clearing up. It’s gotten better, but
there’s this last lingering bit of yuck that won’t leave, and it is causing coughing
fits at all hours of the day. I’m so
over this!
I guess I should email Stephanie
at Haven to defer or pick a new race…
