Couch to 5k Update


So, as you guys know, I’ve been busting my ass, redoing the Couch to 5k training plan. Today was Week 7, Day 3 – the dreaded TWENTY minute run.  I’d been freaking out about this for the past few weeks, but I am proud to say that I did the whole thing!  Granted my run was more like a shuffle, but I went the whole 20 minutes without stopping!
