Homemade Ice Pack

How to make your own icepack, great for RICEing:

2 Cups Water
1 Cup Rubbing Alcohol
1 Ziploc Freezer Bag

Mix water and alcohol in bag and toss into the freezer for a few hours.  The alcohol will keep it from completely freezing and you will end up with a slushie or gel-like icepack that is much easier to mold around areas like ankles or knees!

This is a great tip since y'all know that I never keep frozen peas in the house :)
