So, it's official.
The Kiddo has her Learner's Permit.
She started Driver's Ed about a month ago, and passed all the basic tests she needs for her permit (drug, alcohol, the signs, etc), so we took her today and got her license.
The next thing I did was get a quote from my insurance to add her to the car insurance policy. Did you know that Geico will NOT charge you to add a Learner to your policy? Once she's fully licensed next year, it's gonna hurt, but for now, no rise in the premiums!
After that - I made a "Student Driver" sign for the back window - people in this town drive like assholes, I want to give them as much warning as possible!
